What we collect
When you place an order or contact us we collect your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number where given, and details of your order. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Who we share it with
Delivery carriers, our payment provider, and our IT and hosting suppliers, each only as needed to run the service. We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
International transfers
We aim to keep personal data within the United Kingdom. Where we use a supplier located outside the UK, we transfer data only the minimum needed to fulfil your order, under the UK Government's adequacy regulations for that country or the International Data Transfer Agreement. You can ask us which safeguard applies at any time.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records for six years, as required for tax. Enquiries not resulting in an order, two years. Analytics data, 14 months.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email info@wonderfulshop.co.uk. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
EU representative
We sell and deliver within the United Kingdom only, so we do not appoint an EU representative under Article 27 of the GDPR. If we begin selling to EU customers we will appoint one and publish the name and address here before doing so.
