2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you confirm you accept them. Please read them before ordering.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot supply an item — for example it is out of stock or incorrectly priced — we will tell you and will not charge you for it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately and confirmed before you place your order. Accepted payment methods are listed on our payment methods page.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.

6. Cancellation and returns

7. Faulty or misdescribed goods

We must supply goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

9. Complaints

Contact support@wonderfulshop.co.uk. We acknowledge complaints within 1 business day and aim to resolve them within 14 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
